Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, it should fulfil one or more of the following conditions:

  • A damaged item is delivered
  • Product has missing parts or accessories
  • Wrong product delivered

While returning the item, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

During any promotion, sale, or special offers, the standard Return/Exchange Policy shall not be applicable. Kindly check the Return/Exchange policy applicable during that period before placing your orders.

If you receive the product in physically damaged condition, we should be notified of the same within 24 hours of receipt of product. Please also share photos/videos of the product received to laponesports@gmail.com so we can confirm the same.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I ship the product back? 

Customers need to ship back the items to our warehouse. Once the item is received and reviewed, we will initiate the return/exchange process.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, all products must be returned in their original unused condition - with price tags and original invoice intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. 

Please note that products along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety.  

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. 

Why has my return/exchange request been declined?

This may have happened if the product you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
